Requires a Windows PC + internet during market hours. If it can't run its 3:40pm auto-close, positions may be held overnight without stops. The bot manages whatever Alpaca account you connect it to — and on that account, its end-of-day close and the /panic command can close a manual position you hold in a ticker the bot also trades. To keep manual trades fully separate, use a SEPARATE Alpaca account, or only hold manual positions in tickers that aren't on the bot's watchlist.Is this right for my account size? Do I need $2,000?
$2,000 is a recommended minimum, not a requirement. Risk is percentage-based, so it scales to any account size — smaller accounts simply trade less often (some signals round below one share and get skipped). You can run the bot in paper (simulated) mode at any size to see how it behaves before committing real money.What if I lose money?
Trading involves substantial risk and you can lose money — including your entire account. The bot has losing days and weeks; its sizing goals are goals, not promises, and are not a measure of account growth. This is not financial advice and we are not financial advisors or brokers. No — one license key = one machine, enforced by our license server. You can move to a new machine anytime (the same key rebinds — email support to release the old binding), but only one machine can be active per key at a time.— USING THE BOT —Why is the bot not trading?
The bot is conservative and selective — quiet stretches are normal. Common reasons:
• Market is closed. The bot only trades during US regular market hours. It builds a 15-minute opening range after the open, waits for breakouts, and auto-closes all bot positions at 3:40 PM ET.
• No qualifying setups. If no watchlist ticker breaks its opening range with enough volume, the bot correctly takes no trades. Some days it makes few or zero entries — by design, not a bug.
• Account too small for the setup. Sizing is percentage-based; on a small account a signal's size can round below one share and be skipped.
• Still in paper mode. Confirm whether you're running paper (simulated) or live — both are normal.
• Subscription inactive. If your subscription lapsed, the bot stops validating and won't trade.
If you think something's actually wrong, send us your logs — at the end of each trading day the bot bundles them into a single dated zip (e.g. 2026-06-05.zip) in its Logs folder, so there's just one file to grab. Email it to [email protected].Is my data safe? Where are my Alpaca keys and Telegram token stored?
Yes. The bot runs entirely on your own computer, and your sensitive credentials never leave your machine.
• Your Alpaca API key and Telegram bot token are encrypted locally with Fernet (AES-128), using a machine-specific key derived from your hardware. They're stored encrypted in the bot's data folder (.env.encrypted) — never as plain text on disk.
• We cannot access them. There is no master key, and the encryption is tied to your hardware, so even your encrypted file can't be read on another machine.
• Your trades, logs, settings, and watchlist stay on your machine. We have no database of your trading activity — we can't see your trades, balance, or P&L, and we don't track you or sell your data.
• The only things our license server stores are your license key and machine ID, used solely to validate your license and enforce one-machine binding. Those validation logs are deleted after 90 days.
• Your orders go directly from your bot to Alpaca, and alerts go directly to Telegram — we are never in the middle.

Stop-loss orders are held on the broker's (Alpaca's) servers, so brief internet outages do not remove stop protection during market hours — but those protective orders EXPIRE at the 4:00 PM ET market close. If your PC or internet fails and the bot cannot run its end-of-day close (3:40 PM ET), positions may be held OVERNIGHT WITHOUT STOP PROTECTION and are fully exposed to overnight gap risk. TERMS OF SERVICE
NarcissistX10 Day Trader Bot — v2.4.4
Effective: June 16, 2026
LICENSE GRANT & RESTRICTIONS
1.1 You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the NarcissistX10 bot ("Software") on ONE machine only.
1.2 One license key = one machine. Machine binding is enforced by our license server (license.narcissistx10.com). You cannot share, resell, or transfer license keys to other users.
1.3 Restrictions:
❌ Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the bot
❌ Do not share your license key
❌ Do not use for commercial purposes (prop trading firm, etc.)
❌ Do not claim the bot as your own
❌ Do not use for automated testing/hacking attempts
1.4 Nature of the Product:
The NarcissistX10 Day Trader Bot is a software application designed to automate order placement on a user’s connected brokerage account according to parameters, watchlists, and risk rules the user configures. NarcissistX10 LLC provides the software, documentation, and related tools only.
We do not:
(a) provide investment advice, recommendations, or analysis regarding any security;
(b) exercise discretionary authority over any user’s account or trades;
(c) manage portfolios or act as an investment adviser or broker; or
(d) guarantee any trading results, profits, or loss prevention.
The user is and remains the trader of record for all activity generated through the bot. The user retains full authority and responsibility to start, stop, monitor, override, or modify the bot and all resulting trades at any time. NarcissistX10 LLC is a software provider, not a trading advisor or account manager.
TRIAL PERIOD
2.1 New customers receive a 10-day free trial with full bot access.
2.2 Unless you cancel during the trial, your paid subscription begins automatically on Day 11 and your payment method is charged. If you cancel before Day 11, you are not charged and access ends when the trial expires.
2.3 Subscriptions are billed via Stripe (currently $39.99/month). A payment method is required when you start the trial; to avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends.
2.4 The free trial can be used only once per customer (enforced by our license server). Re-subscribing or installing on a new machine does not grant a new trial.
PRICING & BILLING
3.1 Current pricing: $39.99/month (subject to change with 30 days notice), exclusive of any applicable sales/use tax, which is calculated and added at checkout via Stripe Tax and collected by NarcissistX10 LLC
3.2 Billing is handled by NarcissistX10 LLC and processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. NarcissistX10 LLC is the merchant of record.
3.3 Cancellation: Cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from your account. Future charges stop; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
3.4 No refunds (but you get 10-day free trial first)
3.5 Immediate delivery: The Software is delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery and access, and you acknowledge that you thereby waive any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period to the extent permitted by law. Refunds are governed solely by Section 3.4 and the Refund Policy.
NO PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
4.1 The bot's performance varies by market conditions.
4.2 Past performance ≠ future results. We do NOT guarantee returns.
4.3 You can lose money. Losses are YOUR responsibility.
4.4 The developers are NOT liable for trading losses under any circumstances.
4.5 By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the NarcissistX10 Risk Disclosure (narcissistx10.com/#risk). You understand that trading involves substantial risk of loss, that the bot's stated sizing goals are goals and not promises, and that past performance does not guarantee future results. 4.6 The Software manages positions on the Alpaca account you connect to it, and its end-of-day close and /panic functions may act on positions in tickers it trades — including any manual positions you hold on the same account. You are solely responsible for all positions on the connected account. To isolate manual trading, use a separate brokerage account. The Software requires continuous power and internet during market hours; if it cannot run its scheduled close, positions may be held overnight without protective stop orders, and we are not liable for resulting losses (see Section 5.2).
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1 THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY.
5.2 We are not liable for:
Trading losses
Technical failures or bugs
API downtime (Alpaca, Stripe, our license server, Telegram)
Slippage or order execution issues
Any indirect or consequential damages
5.3 In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid in your most recent billing cycle.
SECURITY & CREDENTIALS
6.1 YOU are responsible for:
Keeping your Alpaca API key secure
Keeping your Telegram bot token secure
Keeping your license key private
6.2 We encrypt your credentials, but you must never share them.
6.3 If your credentials are compromised, contact support immediately.
MODIFICATION & UPDATES
7.1 We can update the bot at any time without notice. For major updates requiring a new download, we will notify users via email.
7.2 Updates are free to licensed users and available for download from our website
7.3 We may discontinue features or the entire product with 30 days notice.
7.4 Using an outdated version after major updates is your choice.
TERMINATION
8.1 Your license terminates when:
Your subscription expires or is cancelled
You share your license key (automatic revocation)
You attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the bot
We detect abuse or violation of these terms
8.2 Upon termination, you lose access to the bot.
8.3 No refund is issued for early termination due to violations.
INDEMNIFICATION
9.1 You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
Your use of the bot
Your trading decisions
Your loss of funds
Your violation of these terms
GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and each party hereby consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Who gets it: All new customers (first purchase)
What's included: Full bot access, all features, no limitations
When it starts: Day 1 after you purchase and receive your license key
When it ends: Day 10 (automatically)
Cost: FREE (no credit card charged during trial)
Per customer: One free trial per customer (enforced by our license server). A new machine or re-subscription does not grant a new trial.
DURING THE TRIAL (Days 1-10)
You can:
● Use the bot fully
● Test it on your account
● Cancel anytime with zero charge
You cannot:
● Get a refund for trading losses (you're not charged yet)
● Transfer your trial to another person
To cancel the trial:
● Cancel anytime before the trial ends, through the Stripe billing portal (accessible from your account)
● Zero charges, ever
AFTER THE TRIAL (Day 11+)
What happens on Day 11:
● Subscription automatically begins
● You are charged $39.99/month (or current monthly price)
● Billing cycles every 30 days from Day 11
To cancel after Day 11:
● Cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal (accessible from your account)
● Subscription ends at end of current billing cycle
● You keep bot access until the end of your paid month
NO REFUNDS POLICY
Once your subscription is active (Day 11+), refunds are NOT issued for:

❌ Changing your mind about the bot
❌ Bot not performing as expected
❌ Strategy not working in current market conditions
❌ Partial or unused months
❌ Any other reason
Trading outcomes and market conditions are entirely outside our control and are not grounds for refund under any circumstances.

DISCRETIONARY REFUNDS

To request a discretionary refund:

The bot runs entirely on YOUR computer. You own all your data.
● Your trades stay on your machine (encrypted)

Important: When you stop using the bot, your data stays on your machine unless YOU manually delete:
● The bot installation folder (contains your encrypted credentials and all log files)
The only things we know about you:
● Your license key is valid (checked against our license server)
● Your machine ID (for one-machine enforcement)
● Error logs IF you choose to share them with us for support

HOW DATA FLOWS
2.1 License Validation (Once per bot startup):

2.2 Alpaca Trading (Every trading signal):
Your bot sends to Alpaca: Your API key (via encrypted HTTPS), buy/sell orders, position checks

2.3 Telegram Alerts (Multiple times per day):
Your bot sends to Telegram: Entry signals, partial profit alerts, status responses
This is between YOUR BOT and TELEGRAM. We're not in the middle.

ENCRYPTION & SECURITY
3.1 Your Credentials (Alpaca key, Telegram token):

Even if someone steals the bot file, they can't read your credentials

5.2 Right to Delete:
The bot has no uninstall feature. Your data persists after stopping the bot.
To fully delete your data, YOU must:
Manually delete the bot installation folder (contains logs and your encrypted credentials in data.env.encrypted)
Email us → we delete any support emails we have
Reset your key binding by emailing support ([email protected]); cancel in the Stripe billing portal and email us to remove your license record
5.3 Right to Access:
Your data is on YOUR machine (check your Logs folder)
We don't have a "copy" of your data to send you
If you need support, share only what you want to share
5.4 Right to Portability:
You can export your trading logs anytime
You can migrate to a new machine (email support to reset your key binding)

6.4 Our License Server (License Validation): Our server (license.narcissistx10.com) validates your license key and enforces one-machine binding. It stores only your license key and machine ID; validation logs are deleted after 90 days.

7.1 Your Local Data:
Stored on YOUR machine indefinitely
Stopping/closing the bot does NOT delete this data
You must manually delete the bot folder to remove trading logs
You decide when to delete
7.2 Our Server Data (Minimal):
License validation logs: Deleted after 90 days
Support emails: Deleted after 30 days (or sooner upon request)
Error logs: Only kept if you send them to us (deleted after resolution)
7.3 After License Expires/Terminates:
Your local data: Stays on your machine (encrypted)
Subscription: canceled in Stripe. License record: removed from our license server
Our records: Deleted or anonymized

8.1 We may update this policy at any time
8.2 Major changes: We'll notify you via support email
8.3 Continued use: Means you accept the new policy
8.4 You can always request the updated policy

Manually delete the bot installation folder (contains logs and data.env.encrypted with your encrypted credentials)
Email us (we delete support records)
Email support to reset your key binding and remove your license record; cancel in the Stripe billing portal to stop billing
